Being a dietitian I truly believe in the power of nutrition and here are some tips to stay healthy:-
1) Never skip breakfast. It is the important for proper functioning of the body.
2) Cut down suagr and salt intake .
3) Try to eat seasonal fruits and vegetables .
4) Eat locally avialble foods .
5) Avoid junk food
