For the body to work efficiently good nutrition is very important, therefore i feel by adopting few healthy habits good nutrition can be achieved like :
●Regular exercising releases toxins and helps the body to absorb more nutrients.
●Eating more home made food and avoid less of fatty and oily food products
●Less consumption of high calories product.
●Intake of green leafy vegetables, milk products, nuts etc.
