-Better to stick Vegetarian foods
-Add leafy vegetables & sprouts to the diet
-Add fibre,protein & calcium rich foods
-Drink turmeric milk + pepper powder
-Drink more water
-Do Yoga,Pranayam,weight lift as per instructions
-Use banana leaf as much as possible for having food
-Be happy & keep Smile
-Do Meditation
