The main objective of the smart city proposal is to promote and transform the existing cities with core infrastructure and Tourism Gateway development to give decent quality of life to its citizens in a clean and sustainable environment by application of 'smart' solutions.

Unlike a conventional scheme for development, this Smart city proposal is organized as a national wide competition among 100 cities by the Government of India. In the first level, 20 cities shall be shortlisted and taken up for further development in to smart cities. The remaining cities shall again compete to get selected in the next level.

Your words will bring a change. Join hands in rejuvenating Biharsharif city and help Biharsharif Corporation to recognize and address the difficulties in your city and surroundings by sharing your views on “Smart Biharsharif”.

It is a good idea but there should be pay attention on atmosphere. we should focus on the traffic and also provide a online service to check whether a car/bike(vehicle) is valid or not by just scanning their number by traffic police(RTO service) that will reduce much time. checking the vehicles and specially provide the internet in rural areas by which they also will aware about the things which going on in our country and update themself .

We have to make a city which is friendly with person with disability. A smart city is not one who cares only its citizen but also wild animals and nature too.. A key indication of smart city is actively engaged communities over hard work is paying off. Try to make our city innovative by promoting research on universities..

A city has no existence without cleanliness and a great infrastructure. For using energy more wisely a city can do Smart electric meter which is connected to utility company as well as user's computer. Using bicycle, electric vehicles and infrastructure who support them. For clean and green energy, we must depend on clean and renewable energy (plant solar panel in public area such as Park, police station, bus stand etc.) Make bio-gas plant because we have so much cow's dung in cities.

बिहार शरीफ को विरासत मे बहुत कुछ मिला है जैसे:- हिरण्य पर्वत नजदीक ऐतिहासिक दर्शनीय स्थल- राजगीर, नालन्दा खण्डहर, पावापुरी, कुण्डलपुर.. ईस सब ऐतिहासिक स्थलों के बीच बिहार शरीफ एक बड़ा शहर है. और ईस प्रकार यह पर्यटन के दृष्टिकोण से भी अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है. स्मार्ट सिटी चुने जाने के लिए हम सरकार का हृदय से अभिनन्दन करते हैं. परन्तु कुछ समस्या अभी भी है जिसपे ध्यान देने की आवश्यकत्ता हम बिहार शरीफ वासियों की है जैसे:- १) वायु प्रदुषण २) गंदगी ३) खराब बुनियादी ढ़ांचा(infrastructure)

१) वायु प्रदुषण:- ईस समस्या पर हम बिहार शरीफ वासियों से सबसे ज्यादा ध्यान देना चाहिए शहर मे वायु की गुणवत्ता बहुत खराब है. वायु मे उपस्थित हानिकारक गैस, कार्बन, ग्रीन हाउस गैस, धुल कण ईत्यादि शहरवासियों का स्वास्थ्य खराब कर रहे हैं. शहर मे उद्यानों की बहुत कमी है. सुझाव:- (क) बगीचे व उद्यान बनाकर, (ख) सड़क के दोनो ओर के साथ-साथ बीच मे भी पेड़ लगाकर, (ग) खाली जगहों पर पेड़ लगाकर(जैसे- बाजार समिती, हिरण्य पर्वत, अन्य), #Smartcity #Biharsharif

(घ) कार्बन उत्सर्जन कम करके (शहर मे बहुत सारे लोग जानवर पालते हैं, उनसे गोबर ईकट्ठा करके वायो गैस बनाकर बेचने से नगर निगम की आमदनी भी बढ़ेगी, साथ ही शहर व ईस ग्रह से ग्रीन हाउस गैस मे भी कमी आएगी), नाले से भी ग्रीन हाउस गैस उत्सर्जित होती है हम उसका भण्डारण भी कर सकते हैं, (ड़) पवन व सौर ऊर्जा जैसे स्वच्छ ऊर्जा विकल्पों का चुनाव कर सकते हैं (च) बिजली से चलने वाले वाहनों को प्रोत्साहित करके (छ) वायु प्रदुषण नियंत्रक पैसे लेकर गाड़ियों के फर्जी प्रदुषण पत्र बना देते हैं. उनपे कारवाई होनी चाहिए.

२)गंदगी:- यह एक बहुत विकट समस्या है. जैसे अपने शहर मे कहीं भी जाओ, ईतनी गंदगी दिखती है कि वर्णन नहीं कर सकता. जैसे मछली बाजार के पास ईतनी दुर्गंध है बिना रूमाल लिए पार नहीं हो सकते आप. सुझाव:- (क) वैज्ञानिक तरीके से कूड़े निष्पादन (साँलिड वेस्ट मैनेजमेन्ट द्वारा), कई नागरिक घर के आगे कूड़ा फेंककर उसे जला देते हैं. उनपर कारवाई होनी चाहिए. वे ईस पृथ्वी ग्रह पर फालतू का ग्रीन हाउस गैस बढ़ा रहे हैं.
