(ख) हरेक चौराहे, सार्वजनिक स्थल पर शौचालय, कूड़ेदान एवं स्वच्छ जल की व्यवस्था.
(ग) शहर की मौजूदा नाली का तंत्र तो बिल्कुल खराब है ईसलिए नालियाँ को उचित प्रबंधन करके सभी नालियों को एक-दूसरे से जोड़कर नाली के पानी को किसी यंत्र से अम्लरहित कर खेतों या नदियों मे छोड़ा जाए.
(घ) सड़कों पे जो पेशाब करे कूड़ा फेंके या थुके उसपर जुर्माना हो
लेकिन बिना कुड़ेदान डाले, शौचालय बनाए हम ये नहीं कर सकते ईसलिए पहले शौचालय बनाएंगे उसके बाद जुर्माना लगाना उचित है.

३)बुनियादी संरचना:- शहर का बुनियादी ढ़ाँचा बिल्कुल बेकार है. ट्रांसपोर्टेशन की व्यवस्था घटिया स्तर की है.
आधे से ज्यादा सड़कों पर ढ़ेलों, व फुटपाथ पर सामान बेचने वालों द्वारा
अनौपचारिक कब्जा हो चुका है, यह समस्या बहुत अहम है.
स्वच्छ जल को आधा से ज्यादा शहर तरस रहा है.
सुझाव:-
(क) रामचन्द्रपुर मुख्य सड़क सहित अन्य मुख्य सड़को को छः लेन का
और राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग को भी छः लेन का किया जाए, उसके बाद बस अड्डा से निकलने वाली बसों से जो ट्रैफिक जाम होता है, उसके बारे मे सोचना हमारी जिम्मेवारी है.

घ)खेल-कूद के पर्याप्त मैदान
ड़)बगीचे व उद्यान बनाकर.
च)ईन्टनेट भविष्य का नया ईंधन है तो ईन्टरनेट को पुरे शहर मे तेज गति से भेजने के लिए नवीनतम तकनीक का उपयोग करना जरूरी है. ईसके लिए आँप्टिकल फाईबर की तार शहर मे बिछ जाए तो बेहतर है.
ईन सबमे सबसे जरूरी है नागरिकों व नौकरशाहों की ईच्छाशक्ति. अगर हम चाहे तो एक बेहत्तर भविष्य का निर्माण कर सकते हैं बस ध्यान रहें कि हमे भविष्य मे क्या क्या चाहिए उसी अनुसार हम शहर को भी बनाएंगे.

Promote and build low cost and sufficient medical facilities. Currently people are suffering because of insufficient, incompetent but still expensive medical facilities.

All people should have a home, 24 hrs electricity, water supply, drainage system,smooth roads with lights and cctv camera,quality hospital for people at minimum expense,more green park.City should run with green energy,good governance and should give security for all people.

By smart city, I understand a city where all residents live healthy, happily and they are equipped with all the basic facilities like transportaion, water and electricity supply for 24*7, easy access to Govt. facilities. So I strongly believe is one of the most important and busiest cities
