The main objective of the smart city proposal is to promote and transform the existing cities with core infrastructure and Tourism Gateway development to give decent quality of life to its citizens in a clean and sustainable environment by application of 'smart' solutions.

Unlike a conventional scheme for development, this Smart city proposal is organized as a national wide competition among 100 cities by the Government of India. In the first level, 20 cities shall be shortlisted and taken up for further development in to smart cities. The remaining cities shall again compete to get selected in the next level.

Your words will bring a change. Join hands in rejuvenating Biharsharif city and help Biharsharif Corporation to recognize and address the difficulties in your city and surroundings by sharing your views on “Smart Biharsharif”.

हमारे शहर का बाजार समिति का प्रांगण बिल्कुल खराब स्थिति मे है. खराब बुनियादी संरचना और गंदा प्रांगण और बदबू से भरा है. स्वच्छता तो वार्षिक भी नहीं होती. शौचालय भी नहीं है और स्वच्छ जल भी नहीं ये किसानो की मंडी है और ईस हालत मे है कि खण्डहर बन चुका है. बिहार शरीफ बाजार समिति प्रांगण मे बहुत सारे पेड़ लगाए जा सकते हैं. कृप्या बिहार शरीफ बाजार समिति प्रांगण का अच्छे से उपयोग हो और एक अच्छा बुनियादी संरचना मिले कि ईसे किसानों के साथ साथ आम लोग भी लाभ उठा सकें.ईसपर अलग से मीटिंग होनी चाहिए.

शहर को सुचारू ढ़ंग से चलाने एवं पारदर्शिता बढ़ाने को लिए हमे एक संरचनात्मक बहु प्रयोजन एप विकसित करनी होगी। आज सब के पास स्मार्टफोन है और शहर के हरेक समस्या का समाधान तकनीक है। एप मे हर जानकारी हो जैसे- वायु की गुणवत्ता, तापमान, आद्रता दर्शनीय स्थल, मौज-मस्ती, उद्यान व शौचालय, कूड़ेदान, स्वच्छ जल कहाँ है पता चले। एप को स्मार्ट बिजली माटर व जल मीटर के साथ जोड़ा जा सकता है परिवहन के साधनो, बसों, साईकिल परियोजना के साथ भी एप को जोड़ा जा सकता है नागरिक अपने शिकायत भी एप के द्वारा कर सकते हैं

हमारा शहर पर्यटन के दृष्टिकोण से खास है. राजगीर, नालन्दा खण्डहर, कुण्डलपुर, पावापुरी, ईनसब ऐतिहासिक स्थलों से घिरा बिहार शरीफ एकलौता स्मार्ट शहर होगा. हमे अभी से ही ऐसी व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए जिससे ईनसब जगह जाने वाले लोग बिहार शरीफ मे ठहरें और हमे अपने आतिथ्य-सत्कार का मौका दें. हमे ईनसब ऐतिहासिक स्थलों को अच्छे से उपयोग करना है ईसलिए अगर शहर को बढ़ाना है तो राजगीर की ओर बढ़ाना एक अच्छा विकल्प होगा. #Smartcity #Biharsharif

कूड़ा प्रबंधन सुझाव:- १)हमारे यहाँ का कचड़ा अलग है हमारे यहाँ गीला कचड़ा ज्यादा जबकि सूखा कचड़ा कम है, उसे अलग-अलग करके हमे डोर टु डोर लेना है २)गीले कचड़े से वायो-गैस व खाद बनाकर और सूखे कचड़े का रिसाईकल करके, ३)कचड़ा कम करने का त्री-R सूत्र है-Reduce, Reuse, Recycle ४)पाँलिथीन पर आंशिक प्रतिबंध एवं पाँलिथीन पर विशेष कर(tax) लगाकर ५)लोगों को स्वच्छता के बारे मे जागरूक करने के लिए उनसे मिलकर नए विचार, तरीके व सुझाव माँगकर (ऐसा करने से उन्हे उनकी जिम्मेदारी का एहसास होता है),विद्यालयों मे भी

हमारे शहर मे अभी अगर कोई सबसे बड़ी समस्या है तो वह है वायु प्रदुषण, कूड़ा प्रबंधन और खराब बुनियादी संरचना. खैर स्वच्छ वायु के लिए युद्धस्तर पर कार्य करने की जरूरत है. नए तकनीक, नई सोच एवं नए तरीके से ही यह हो पाएगा.. जैसे फर्जी वायु प्रदुषण पत्र देने वाले फर्मों पर कारवाई होनी चाहिए एवं उनके लाईसेंस रद्द किए जाने चाहिए. शहर के सभी प्रदुषण पत्र बनाने वोलों को पास प्रदुषण नापने का मशीन तक नहीं है. मौजूदा सरकार भी नींद मे है. पेड़ को भी सड़क के दोनो ओर के साथ-साथ बीच मे लगाना है. #Smartcity

एक स्मार्ट शहर के बारे मे मुझे ऐसा महसूस होता है कि एक ऐसा शहर जो किसी समस्या के सामने आने पर उसके सामने घुटने ना टेके बल्कि हम लगातार कुछ नया और कुछ हटके सोचेंगे और हमे मालूम है फिर वो समस्या ज्यादा दिन नहीं टिकेगी. एक ऐसा शहर जो सबके लिए हो, सबको प्यारा लगे फिर मै समझता हुँ हर कोई उस शहर की ईज्जत करेगा. एक समूह 'आदर्श नागरिक' करके मै अपने शहर मे बनाऊँगा व उससे सभी नागरिकों को जोड़ुँगा. 'आदर्श नागरिक' समूह शहर को सुचारू रूप से चलाने मे मदद करेंगे. अच्छे नागरिकों को पुरस्कार और बुरे को दंड

ईन सब सेवाओं के बिना एक अच्छा शहर बेकार है जैसे- सड़कें जल बिजली नाली अग्निशामक कूड़ा प्रबंधन पुलिस स्वास्थ्य विभाग सरकारी विभाग कुछ विशेष सुविधाएँ:-- उद्यान शिक्षा परिवहन मौज मस्ती पुस्तकालय विशेष जगह (लैण्डमार्क) उपर्युक्त सेवाएँ जबतक नए सोच, नए ढ़ंग व सही तरीके से नहीं चलेंगी हमारा स्मार्ट शहर बनाने का सपना असफल हो जाएगा.. श्रेय:- 'Simcity Buildit' android game.. #Smartcity #Biharsharif
