2. कौशल को व्यापक स्तर पर प्रशिक्षित किया जाए ताकि बेरोजगारी का प्रतिशत कम हो।
3. स्वयं सहायता समूह को आर्थिक रूप से मदद दी जाए ताकि स्वाबलंबन को बढ़ावा मिले।

मेरा नाम भुवन है और मेरा यह विचार है कि सरकार इनकम टैक्स मे 80D की जो deduction है उसको टैक्स में से कम करे ना की उसकी इनकम में से।

7. Career cluster and categorising the industry wise and then giving training will help better results.

4. In apprentice training practical and theory knowledge can included according to industry needs.
5. Some sports like indoor and outdoor games as a hobby can included. Or Yoga. For productivity or for the benefits.
6. Course time can be vary with industry needs.

2. Personal development is common across for all. Generally in IT industry in service based companies we have training like Functional training, Technical training and soft skill training. Similarly the training for apprentice can be categorised according to industries needs.
3. Personal development skills or soft skills also help in some level. Which will remove inferiority complex, better movement with people , confidence etc.

Some suggestions
1. This apprenticeship program is appreciable and good one. Youngsters can benefit in the scheme. DBT also good and it will save time and delay in the process. Our country is more youngsters, so this scheme will benefit our youngsters. DBT can design in such a way that per month in stipulated time transfer happens.
