Covering various economical aspects of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on the occasion of the Panchayati Raj Day celebrated annually on 24th April and the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Ministry of Panchayati Raj and MyGov provide a strong source of inspiration to all citizens of this country inviting their ideas that could support the MSMEs and Cottage Industry in Rural India through the Panchayati Raj System.

A streamlined governance, especially at the local level benefits the nation as a whole. India is a signatory to the UN 2030 Agenda to achieve inclusive and people-centric sustainable development through the 17 SDGs. Thus, with greater cooperation from the citizens of India, efforts of the Government of India and the local bodies towards a qualitative and quantitative transformation of the rural economy, the celebration of the Panchayati Raj Day would be fulfilled.

Therefore, we value your ideas and suggestions that could strengthen the Panchayati Raj System of the country in playing an instrumental role in the rural economy of India.

Last day for submission is 30th April, 2022.

Govt. may think of fixing the farming/Agri labourers. So that, the agriculture activities wont be affected due to the industries formed at rural areas.

All the existing and future industries at rural areas should be reformed in a such a way that those industries unite with the nature. In the sense, the industries should not pollute air, water and land. Also they should not affect the agriculture activities.

1. Govt. shares: Irrespective the size of the companies (micro, small and medium), Govt. should hold 10 percent shares on Govt: Private = 10:90 basis. So that the company holders will have stable business and Govt. will have an added advantage to get profit shares apart from taxes. During the difficult time, the govt. may support the companies in collaborative manner.

2. Standardization of salary: As in Singapore, the Indian Govt. has to standardize the salary system irrespective of private or Govt. jobs. So that people will have the benefit of equality in their earnings. As a result, economy of India will have a steady, even and consistent.
