Covering various aspects of topics related to the Panchayati Raj System, Schemes and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through this ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ iconic week, ...
In continuation to my previous suggestion,
Villagers will also pay taxes, they pay money not stones. While Urban people enjoy all the benefits, why not rural people,
right from petrol bunks to multi storey buildings we see in cities why not in villages.
Each village can be planned in such a way that each of them can become a G.I.F.T. city
Increase the number of MPs & MLAs as per the number of villages. There are about 6,64,369 villages in the country. but there are only 543 MPs. If you divide, Around 1224 villages per 1 MP. How can you expect progress of the villages if it is too much crowded. So, consider each Village like an area in the city.
There are 773 districts in our country. Each districts has Urban & rural areas respectively. Urban areas will be growing due to Industries. Grow the rural areas collectively like urban areas from agriculture. If needed, please remove the existing panchayat raj system.
In continuation to my previous suggestion,
right from hospital to Burial ground places should be marked & provided for each villages. Each village should be considered like an area in city.
Each village should have a
1.hospital,
2. police station,
3. fire station,
4. water plant,
5. sewage treatment plant,
6. PWD works like making roads,
7. BSNL branch,
8. Veterinary hospital,
9. right from primary schools to Agricultural & research colleges,
10. traffic signals pedestrians path,
11. weather forecast branch,
12. innovation & technology branch,
13. Shopping complexes,
14. 1 Agricultural Parks for 10 Villages,
15. Advanced electric Burial grounds,
16. Environmental department branch,
17. Rural transport corporations bus station,
18. Railway station branch,
19. Domestic helipad & runway,
20. Village Market for every village,
21. tar road,
22. Street lights
23. electricity branch,
24. Banks branches,
25. stores,
etc...
My suggestion is,
In Urban areas, the whole areas is further divided as 'areas' or 'nagar' or 'puram' or 'palya', Likewise, consider a village as an area and let there be a Mukhya from each village, a collection of Mukhyas come under one MLA. There are 773 districts in our country. Each district has Urban and rural area. Urban area i.e, city has got a Mayor. Likewise, Rural area Group of villages should also have a Mayor. Urban area has got a corporation. Likewise Rural areas also should have a corporation. Urban areas have all the basic facilities monitored by the corporation. Likewise, all rural facilities should be monitored by rural corporation. All taxes are collected and development works like making sites, parks & all& maintaining them is carried out by urban corporation. Likewise, making sites, new agricultural lands, providing necessities to Farmers, rural shopping complexes & others & maintaining them should be carried out by rural corporation.

Panchayati Raj System is very crucial for Rural development. However Panchayati Raj System is also centric to certain influential families. In the recent election of DDCs under Panchayati Raj even Ex Ministers and MPs have contested election and availed reservation facilities. Thus changes in the system will not be effected until reservation is streamlined and restricted to one successful Chance only. Thereafter such elected members should be treated at par with General Category for same category of member panchayat. However a Pancha can avail reservation next time for election of Sarpanch and DDC. It will being transparency and honesty. Under this practice, new aspirants will get the opportunity to be elected under reservation and a revolution will be seen in Rural development as former Panchayat representatives will be repeated only where they discharged responsibility honestly and undertaken proper development of the area of responsibility. Corruption will also be removed.
Namaste prime minister modi sir,
I want to tell about in every village of our country there are many small scale industries industries. To make a good impact on local to global electricity is needed for 24×7. So this can make more production so increase in our economicity.

My opinion is to make villages self reliant and sustainable rather than just only at country level……… u can make villages self sustainable and reliable by utilising waste generated in the villages for recycling.
Respected Sirji,
Reg. MGNREGA - 100 Days Work Scheme
My humble suggestion is, we can allocate the manpower to local associated farmers for agriculture activities, whereas the farmer's also has to pay min 50% to max 100% salary additional with what the government is paying.
In this case, the workers will get max double the salary. Agricultural production also will increase.
Workers can choose to work with only government projects with a single salary or with associated framers with double salary.
We may extend it with other local MSME industries also.
Associated farmers or MSMEs have to pay the salary to the workers directly to their bank account only.
Kindly consider ji.
