In spite of providing facility for free immunization to the pregnant mothers, only 32.4% of ST mothers (lowest among all social groups) received advice about where to go if they experienced pregnancy complications.
1) What could be the reasons attributing to it?
2) What interventions would be required to achieve 100% coverage of immunisation of pregnant mothers amongst tribals?
3) What can be the role of various Ministries, agencies (of Government and Non-government) to achieve 100% coverage of immunisation.

This can be good business model involving private doctors also with minimal fees. people will not have to travel to cities for basic treatments. Gov can asks state gov to start as model in one district & later replicate it to other places. any students doctors or lab technicians opting for above models should be supported with loans form gov at low intrest rates for setting up business. these vans can be equipped with GPS devices with bank support which will help to coordinate these vans in case of emergency or calamity or war.
