The aim of this task is to receive quality inputs on how to revolutionize employment exchanges across India in terms of offering better opportunities to youngsters. The policy inputs can cover each and every aspect associated with employment exchanges and enhancing job creation.
job creation
Job creation sbse important hona chye ky ki india ke all stste me digri leye ghum rhe hai student lekin job nahi mil rahi hai our job milti bhi to sourse and relation on department jbki knowledge wale student ko job nahi mill rahi hai kyo ki uske pass sores nahi hai why? Sbse pahle iska solution duna chaye
I Suggestion Every School/College/University Student List Accept and Any Govt. Job Apply then Roll No.( School/College/University) Entry then automatic Marks, Percentage display & all Employment Exchange Register all dist. & all student entry in 10th Level in full details(Full Address, Photo, Email ID, Mobile No., etc)New website Open. then all the student Register in online.
Employment exchange must be fully online and every person registering must have a bank account. Every private job even homemaids must have bank account and all of them must be paid by bank transfer, first start documenting millions of jobs that are already existing in India.
Employment exchange should have phone numbers and should have a website for local regions and all temporary jobs must be placed at the website. There should be an APP from employment exchange and in mobile it will start ringing if there is a job. Also, there is no need for any person to go to employment exchange, everything should be online, people can update their CV and all works should be done there. Now, no company or even a small group cannot recruit a people without Govt Ad, make it a law
- Reduce number of big exchange offices where numerous government staff crowd. They mostly gossip & often gang-up against the common citizens.
-Instead, have one office at sub-division level (or district level for small districts) with administrative staff and very few support staff.
Disperse rest of the staff so that they work out of local government bodies like municipalities and gram panchayats.
Remotely located staff can connect to their bosses via internet
- Start performance bonus
Dear Sir, Visibility of employment exchanges could be enhanced and approachable. A centralized website where people will be able to view all job vacancies may help. In addition, relaxing age limit for government jobs(both central and state), especially, for general class people may help the 'Lost Generation' - the generation that did not get jobs due to various reasons in spite of being highly qualified. Filling up existing vacancies will help. Getting rid of corruption while recruitment helps.
Each district can have a Employment Exchange. Colleges,ITI's can get connected with the Employment Exchanges.
For best employment exchange policy
1.Promote Campus Placement
Now a days most of youth going to college
We want to motivate Corporates,SME's and other employer to come at Educational institute and conduct Interview in campus.
2.Those who are not going to college we need to made employment exachange platform at villege level.
As a Software professional recruiter I found that one of the major reason of unemployment is lack of practical knowledge in case of freshers. Atleast in professional courses like engineering, there should be practical based approach for teaching focused on training the students on technologies that are actually used in real projects. If there is a reliable practical skills grading system for freshers then the companies looking for skilled personnel will start considering hiring of freshers also
Here you can see three immediate measures to restructure employment exchange.
