I think a new institution should be opened in which citizens of India can participate and can give new innovative social business ideas which government can undertake easily and in return of which government can reward him/her with some profit share in that business for his/ her innovative idea.

We should create a partnership program with Job portals like naukri.com and shine.com and use their expertise in this situation. We should also focus on centralize certification of expertise which will make it easy for job seeker and employer both finding each other. This certification should cover all possible skills from lift operator to finance adviser.

Respected Sir, 'Reorienting Employment Exchanges' is another good initiative being considered by the BJP led government at the Centre. It was long overdue, and certainly can add a lot of value in the present scheme of things, for the overall benefit of youth of India. Please find attached a detailed .pdf file regarding the subject, which may be considered by the Competent Authority. Best wishes & regards, Rajkaran Singh Bhatti # 1285, Sector 18-C, Chandigarh Mobile : 9780005656
