We can set up interview/ counseling boards all over the country with help of retired government service and private sector professionals. These boards will rate candidates for employability. This will help recruiters to select quality employees. These boards can also counsel candidates to the professions they may be more successful at. This proper profile fit will help country work more efficiently. Their ratings will help them to sell their services online.

The employment exchange can be modeled as ecommerce site like Flipkart. these site sell products, employment exchanges can sell services not just for government service it can be done for private sector as well.

Hello sir, As i am practical example of becoming a victim of unemployment i would like to share certain suggetions. 1 stop all fraudulent companies who dont give appointment letters. 2. Let more companies come in small towns 3.Stop the mafia's and big businessman from taking away our rights, 4. Please give opportunities to generals because high cutoffs prevent them from good jobs. 5 The last and the most important thing is please change backdoor syatem of entering into job.

The Employment exchange offices is totally corrupted. As far as employment generation is concerned by the exchanges. Exchange office is not considering the skills as well as qualifacitons, they only focusing upon the willing power of the applicant. We need to change the system with online and digital based employment exchange offices.

on behalf of employer the exchange should be able to directly send appointment letters.For this the sham of entrance test s and interviews should be stopped.Fairest criterion is to grade all candidates on the basis of weighted and suitably normalized marks in all major exams leading to the qualifying exam among those who meet the required experience criterion.

Employment exchanges need to organize camps (specifically in the rural regions) and counsel the young about job oriented skills/professions. Employment exchanges also need to evangelize schemes for women who had to leave work for personal reasons like marriage, child birth, etc. and want to work now.

1Organize all the sectors- incuding private sectors. 2Open a integrated Govt job site. 3.all organization will mandatory first post their employee requirement and their qualification required in this site. 4.Salary Structure of all the sector should be harmonious 5.Before considering Pay commission's pay structure only for Govt employees Govt should consider salary pay structure of private sector employees. 6.keep check on no of employees employed and profit earned by organization.

A Centralized online database need to developed for one to all employable youths who will submit their biodata online. Based on that database mailing/communication may be sent for relevent jobs. All govt. jobs to be hosted in that website and link for applying online to be provided alongside.
