Current situation of employment exchanges is pathetic even though some of the exchanges are online too. First of all we need to abolish old act. Ie. Employment exchange and CNV act, than we have to establish a professional PSU establishment whic run the entire business of job creation. Also make mandatory for all the private and govt. Establishments to fill at least 50% of posts from EE itself. Estb. Those providing opportunities on higher side shall be rewarded.

Employment exchanges should have a 4-column database: Qualified & Experienced, Qualified with no experience, Non-qualified but Experienced, Non-qualified with no experience. Every household should be screened and entries made on a regular basis by a dedicated team. These details should be updated digitally. Exchanges should share this info and supplement each other so that vacancies get filled up effortlessly. The fourth group needs to be given special vocational training.
