Climate will be extreme in summer. Building code must provide for roof top greenery and roads must have tree cover Roof top non grid solar power be put in building codes. Every city must have large man made water bodies scattered across for recreation. Shift business offices to newly create business center as done in Paris.

River Vishwsmitri must become pleasure to watch round the year. Check public transport model of HongKong. Fringe parts connected to central district with mini buses high frequency. Check why old city centers in Europe with narrow streets have no open drains. Why can't that be possible in India. Encourage flower beds in window sills. Pune has converted even small bi lanes into cocrete paved. Why not in Vadodara. Distributed public gardens Rain water drainage

A smart city as one which "uses information and communications technology (ICT) to enhance its livability, workability and sustainability" by "collecting, communicating and crunching" data — within and across departments and third parties.

On one side, PUC rules checks exhaust of vehicles to the second decimal level and one can find so called CNG auto emitting white kerosene smoke, en passing traffic cops !!! Also round the year and particularly in winter, road side burning of leaves, waste including plastics and rubber tires are freely burnt along road side without any intervention by authorities.

To stop usgae of less than 20 microns bags, instead of frisking them from por vendors, why cant we focus the manufacturers itself to stop its production. Couple of months back, many poor road side vendors were seized stocks of plastic glasses and bags. Instead focusing on periphery, focus and stop the buck at source itself. It is so simple, is not it??? Any garbage dumps are having maximum these bags flying freely here and there polluting environment, threatening cows, who eat them.

Like the initiative taken during Vadfest 2015, provide all road dividers with tree plantation instead of tiling it. This will be adding beauty with restore our concern for environment protection. Dust bins with color coding at all public places with enough educational sign boards to put waste as per category. Violaters may be heavily fined by authority/traffic police.

Deployment of more traffic police/volunteers to make people follow traffic rules like lane driving, stoppage at signals, no or minimum honking, use of zebra crossing, parking at designated areas. heavy penalty for violators is must. City's prime marketing locations are having no parking places but No parking signs are placed everywhere. Eg race course road near INOX multiplex. Either provide parking plots or allow parking on ample space at periphery without any traffic congestion.
