We should ban begging at all india level like total prohition of liquer. We should provide NGO or corporates under CSR operated shelters for those caught for begging. This should be totally exempt from income tax. These people can be used for clean india campaign. This will ensure stopping of exploitation by organised syndicates whose property should be attached to government like black money holders.

Dear All, I would like to Propose Rain water harvesting pits in all metros,where 90% of Rain water is either stagnant which would spoil the roads or it is been redirected to low areas where poor people loose there place to live or it would go and block huge drainage chambers, Following this approaches will improve the ground water levels in Metro where residents who are still dependent on ground water would get water also for most Agricultural needs Ground water plays vital role.ALL THE BEST:)

Basically they all need counseling and guidance in the way they understand!

There are 2 kinds of beggars I've come across. 1.The ones that are forced to beg either by organized syndicates or forced due to helplessness. 2.The ones that prefer begging despite the job opportunities that are available to them. Kids need to be identified, counseled & sent to proper schools. Adults need to be counseled too and guided as to what jobs they can do based on their capabilities.Till a person is physically & mentally fit, he/she can work for survival and there is no need to beg!

Special tracking to be done for new kids seen in begging syndicates. It is possible that they have been kidnapped from their families. Police need to be given guidelines for the same

It's a police job. Beggars must not be allowed to occupy the same place everyday. NGOs can help solve this problem.

Of late, gangs of eunuchs have started begging & harassing people at traffic-signals. Most are physically well-built & can easily do work involving manual-labour. Ensure that they serve society productively instead of extorting money through cheap harassment.

The very important and only solution according to me is population control measures should me strictly implemented throughout the country. The people should allow to have only 2 children and if anyone exceeds this limit he should be burdened with taxes and should be exempted from all govt beneficiary schemes, as followed in CHINA. This is only the main reason of the growth of CHINA, as you can see its result in CHINA before & after its implementation.
