govt shud BAN CHILD BEGGARS to start with.police shud register them,find out who r they,are they ones who r registered missing somewhre or other?help them find families. send all beggar kids to orphanages.ask those people who r fond of giving alms to beggars to donate money to these orphanages so that kids can be brought up well.so many kids go missing in country,where r they taken?many forced into begging?stop this.IF POLICE CANT HELP FAMILIES FIND LOST KIDS,HELP BEGGAR KIDS FIND LOST FAMILIES.

4) Main canal from Bommidi (Rs) to Thoppiar Dam via Erode, Nila kottai, Vaigai rivers II phase of work - 100 Crore per km for 500 km amount Rs.50,000 crores. 5) Over bridges, culverts, platation gas line, sluices transports etc. Hills canal Himalayas Yamuna drawings, approval etc – LS 150 km amount Rs.32,500 crores – total estimate cost Rs.4,00,000 crores for 4000 km of the project and Initial Project Cost to be needed /received – Rs.1,00,000 crore.

Estimate – 1) Main Canal Bommidi Rs to Jaipur 600 mtr level I Phase 10 mtr x 6 mtr slab / concrete walls 30 ft road both sides etc - 100 Crore per km for 3000 km amount Rs.3 lakhs crores. 2) Pipeline[ 1 mtr size pipe x 10 nos] combined, formation works Jaipur to Yamuna river 700 mtr level only via Delhi area - 50 Crore per km for 300 km amount Rs.15000 crores. 3) Sub canal link of existing river, lake to main canal - 50 Crore per km for 50 km amount Rs.2500 crores.

All rain water will be collected at sea source by forming round ring road 50 feet distance from sea level 2km or 20mtr MSL from Kolkatta, Chennai, Trivandrum, Goa, Mumbai 1700km with collective road canal 10mtr ×6mtr and to be pumped water up to 470mtr, 300km to drought area Dharmapuri Hosur, lakes via Cuddalur, Attur, Thoppiar, Dharmapurirs, upto Hosur area and also feed Mettur Dam water filling etc when necessary. No drop of rain water will be mixed in sea always.

Both side roads 30 feet, gas line, gardens, for transport, maintenance works will be provided on the canal side. No pumping is required for this project. Ex president Hon Kalamji accepted this project and given to newspapers.(contn)
