It will be team work. Public should not pay money to beggars, Police take action against begging, and clear intension from State Government, and central government. Child begging must be banned by law

Awareness campaigns throughout every level and every part of this country, via media. Discouraging paying to beggars. Most importantly, are these people really from India? or mostly infiltrators whom mere politicians allow to infiltrate and increase their vote banks. Identification and returning them to the place they belong. NGOs to be involved and Social Activists along with Security Forces are to be deployed to quick initiation of this process.

It is open secret that the crores that are collected each day by these begging-Syndicates are shared by politicians and police, then how can this mess stop?Netas should give up their greed, only then can we expect begging to be eradicated once and for all.If begging stops the problem of missing children will also be reduced, since a major part of kidnapped/missing kids are used for begging by maiming them by Goonda elements.

If Govt. really wants to do away with beggary-then a sustained awareness campaign should be run in the media as was done for "pulse Polio campaign".Public should be repeatedly told that their paying to beggars does not help the beggars but weakens the country in may ways.Sustained ad campaigns by celebrities will bring results soon.As of now every person who gives alms to beggars thinks he has done his duty towards helping the weaker section, not ring they are reinforcing begging habit

If Govt. really wants such begging syndicates cannot prosper, but there is a lack of will power. In our country where elections are fought by purchasing votes,Goonda elements also finance Netas to fight elections with both money and muscle power, then how can we expect the begging problem to be solved? When Govt. really wants to do away with begging and other such social evils then such crimes can be wiped out easily.Govt. should have the Will to forget patronage by Goondas during elections

Hello sir..its very true that we have lot of beggars in india. when ever we are going anywhere and beggars asks for money and we people say bhaag ja..or we give 1 or 2 rupee.but no one thought that whAT is the future of India if we all will give them like this.instead of this we all should talk to them and ask whey they are doing these thing. if they are not under 18 then we can ask them to do our household works and by this way they will also get money and can easily live their life happily.

We have a lot of poor people in India today, but we can use this large pool or hardworking poor people to be involved in infrastructure development. Instead of the beggars being forced to stay under a bridge, can we not use them as a source of labor, provide them funding via BPL cards/ aadhar card/ jan dhan yojna, enabling them to make a living and providing financial security.

I agree to Akshathaji, Siddharthji and Sangeethaji. There shoulld be a holistic way to strengthen IPC to punish the thugs who run such syndicates. At the same time the rehabilitation of such children should be done with joint efforts of Central and State Govts with help of corporates and NGOs.

online system to check the missing children photos with the newly introduced begging children should be available. Ideally this online system should be able to receive the new beggar children photos from all across India and all the police records about the missing children also should be available online. This will help to save the children who were kidnapped to return to their parents.

Please post police squads at prominent city junctions to follow beggars after their "shift".Most are picked up by vehicles and taken somewhere to deposit their days earnings to the thug who runs the operations. A covert well-planned operation can crackdown on these gangs in no time.
