Quality of service is still poor.call drop is a big problem.we should have to improve it.when i call somebody after attand call within 3 to 4 second call cut automaticaly.you have to made strong law against this . Private companies taking more money for data and calls due to poor service of BSNL.I am from Rajasthan and using BSNL & Airtel .you will not happy to hear that from last 54 hours bsnl network is not displaying in my mobile.first you improve govt enterprise BSNL

If i pay for 512mb data or call why it's getting expired at every month. Still i pay full amount for the data or call. My account get accumulate my unused and paid calls and date.#trai

Maximum limit should be provided for a particular Telecom Company per TOWER location as when number of users increases it decreases the quality of services

Telephone services should not see only 4G networks but also 2G .Here many people who use 2G networks so in competition to other telephone services they are not remember to improve 2G network .#trai

The port-out duration should be reduced from 90 days to one week if network is not satisfactory. TATA DOCOMO is selling postpaid connection my misleading and missguiding customers. My cell no. 9822234491 and I need to urgent port out from TATA DOCOMO

1. All the service provider should used same USSD to check balance, validity etc ...
2. While calling customer care, first option should be speak to customer care executive.
3. Prepaid mobile user should track their call details online similar to postpaid bill
