As Aadhaar is made mandatory for the use of sim cards. It it necessary that those with the numbers are not provided to third parties for a sum as mobile marketing activities. Considering it is only for confidential and to govt sources on demand.
The Increase in pay apps should be Incorporated with the online banking system, by the app admin for transfer of cashes to wallets. Not by Individual transfer of account to wallet app. Saves firewall cost and protects consumer data's. Banks & Apps?

Without a debate, strong data protection laws require to be immediately put into effect. The consultation paper very rightly mentions the ways personal data of the user as well as others who are not using an app but are in contact with the user are under threat. Laws must make no compromise in ensuring that any application that is downloaded never asks for access to call details and other data and uses them. Privacy is a fundamental right now. The intent of TRAI is commendable and pertinent now.

#1 No Telecom company should sell the data of their users to some other companies for their own benefits ,Customers data should be kept safe in every Telecom company and use them unless it is very necessary.
#2 Telecom companies should stop keeping surveillance on people for their own benefits. It is a freedom of the user to give permission to it.
#3 Telecom Companies should sign a bond that says "It is our responsibility to not to violate customers rights(privacy and security)

#DoT - With the increased and cheaper availability of mobile data via Reliance Jio there is a risk of increased unproductive time for people. They may spend time watching unproductive content (e.g. porn, meaning less discussions that do not help improve human development) or likely to indulge in online frauds for fast money making ventures. Would it be helpful for the ministry / TRAI to control what people watch?

Sir, welcome for the GoI move to monitor Chinese electrical/electronic imports. 99% of the China made mobile phones' inbuilt instructions are in Chinese. Utility software supplied with them are in Chinese. It is well known such software install 'Adups' data mining tool. Please make it mandatory for imported mobile phones to have install/factory reset instructions in English so that users are aware of what they are installing.
