Any Internet Service Provider is not giving the promised mobile internet data.If promised data is 1 GB, we get 500-600MB only, if promised data is 2GB, we get 1.1 GB...several times verified this day-light robbery on BSNL,aircel, vodafone. TRAI should develop a web tool & host it on Mygov website to accurately measure uploaded/downloaded data on our ISP.This can be done only if TRAI makes an unbiased web tool & make all these ISP's agree to make this possible.Ppl will also visit Mygov daily.

The fact is since the UPA period I try to highlight through various forums on the absurd charges on data by BSNL and other private players with NO LOGIC.I accuse BSNL TRAI and PRIVATE players are a cartel mafia indulged in destroying BSNL.BSNL and private players are NOT punished for their wrongs and false compliance reports and TRAI second fiddles to all wrongs with some manipulations to look HONEST.The sad thing is the change of government has NOT BROUGHT the CHANGE for the GOOD to the public.

Current mechanism followed by TRAI to resolve customer complaints is a useless and eyewash. Why don't we have regulator in line with Banks and Insurance companies. Where we have ombudsman, any complaints remained unattended by telecom co must be taken up ombudsman and strong action should be taken on case to case basis. It will set right precedent and every company will fall in line

Five Disruptions shook India too along with rest of the world in the world of Telecom: WhatsApp OTT is one of them. Others are:High Quality ASSISTED interactivity such as Two way Audio and or Video[skype, yahoo talk, google talk].While all Telco's fight on how to connect amongst themselves,SIP based calls are already cutting the income of CSPs only leaving their ISP share of revenue to the flat internet access and not for any value added services like in the past like ISD,STD or ISDN OR PDN GW!.

Our Government should give good compensation for all thoae injured and killed in kashmir unrest.Government should do everything to win back the people of kashmir and to shut the mouth of pakistan.when pakistan incites violence and then go back to UN and point out to India as it does since 1947 with its proxies, we can ask them did u ever pay compensations for your genocides in balochistan and POK.

It is very good concept and effort to make more efficient mobile network services, I want to suggest that, the operator should be given approval as mobile operator after verification of infrastructure, or any such commitment should be taken about the latest infra and updation time to time according to the increase in customers, further, there should be created more competition between the operator by introducing new service provider, hence, the quality to customers can be updated quickly, thanks
