Efficiency of current systems Transport - Recalculation in terms of area and need for the traffic that is and that is predicted. Efficient use of the existing infrastructure – control and articulation of public transport rather than the hap-hazard laisse faire of current private players – control them and direct them into a system similar to the Bus Rapid Transit Sys. - A long time systematic approach aimed at discouraging the use of private vehicles within the city (especially cars)
