The first and foremost thing is the twin city roads must be maintained and developed. Every road or street should have street lights and it should be made mandatory. The garbage disposal should be given as the main priority.

Well developed roads and maintenance of street lights should have more priority. The condition of old bus stand should be improved. 24 hours water facility system should come into existence. Along with this improvisation try to reduce the harm given to environment, unnecessarily trees have been cut, in such case plant them somewhere else. Try to maintain physical/biological balance in nature.

To make Hubballi-Dharwad a smart city, it is not only the government that needs to put efforts. People don't have respect for any rules and don't make an effort to keep the city clean. To clean up after such people, rules need to be made more stringent and so do the penalties for not following them. One other problem is that the city is too dusty. Appropriate construction of pavements and repair of roads need to be done to overcome this.

Hello,
Dharwad is the educational capital of Karnataka and also it has High Court Bench , TATA MOTORS unit,Karnataka University etc despite all this the fate of Dharwad is unfortunate the roads are worst. The electricity is not adequate. No intracity buses. Some areas face water supply problems. So these are the hindrances which Dharwad is facing and is falling short of being the quality city of Karnataka.
