I am a resident of Hubli-Dharwad. I have a few suggestions towards "Smart City". The landscaping and civic amenities are top priority. Please include, engage and empower individuals, families and communities in this initiative. My detailed identified areas are enlisted in the PDF File. Once the citizens become activated organized and given budget they can do wonders.

The traffic control is pathetic in Hubli. I urge the government to widen the existing roads in the market area. The city needs atleast two flyovers. One in Chennemma circle and another near Desai cross. Its horrible to travel in these main roads and certainly Hubli needs a full fledged ring road like that one in Mysore.
