It should be in public private partnership...which I think is the best model now a days....Skill development is the best possible measure to improve employment generation....

By my thought mining sector should be undertaken by private sectors, this will improve the productivity as well as production because in many of the mining sector there are almost 50%-60% work is privatised and govt employee only get money without any work. So in this way govt can improve the development in mining sector and money can be served to eligible candidate.

National resources sector should not be given into the private hands and it should be under total control of the Govt. Accordingly, the Govt should chalk out plans for skill development through the available human resources and if need be, can take up skill development aspect through outsourcing. It proved beyond doubt that the private sector do not do justice for the nation, if the national resources are kept in their hands. Now, with the new govt, it is just possible to manage it.

It should be a mix. The training given by private sector will be expensive and not everyone will be able to afford it. There should be government backed institutions as well for this job.

It should be undertaken by Private Sector only. The Mining Department should suggest the curriculum.

The training curriculum will be best decided by the private sector in association with educational institutes (ISM, IITs etc). The facility for training needs to be arranged for by the government. The appraisal at the end of the training needs to be independently done by the private sector. Also, the result of appraisal of the students must have some weightage in the appraisal of the faculty.

sector consists of certain advantages and disadvantages. But I would suggest it should remain under government sector because private companies don't care eco -logical balance while mining . I will suggest that rather than giving to private sector they should make the government work as private sector companies. By applying private sector business rules to government sector. Thanks
