The skill development exercise in mining sector should be undertaken by the private sector. As Disinvestment Policy of GOI transforming CPSE(Central Public Sector Enterprises)into private sector so there is no occasion to give it to Govt. /public authorities.

We must make the mining companies liable to compensate, equip and train the local population in the protection of environment. The tribal population can also be used as guards of the environmental protection measures such as planted trees, etc.
Also the mining colony can be developed as a tourist center, which can serve as markt for the locals to display their art and culture. Moreover they will be motivated to take part in and cooperate with security apparatus for the mine, for good of all

No natural resource should be given for private sector as private sector mostly cares for maximum exploitation irrespective of the loss for nature.

All natural resources have to keep under Govt. or semi-govt. control. It is not wiser to keep under private sector but we are allotting the Natural Resources to private companies. Even-if some of our old organizations with sufficient manpower engaging third party for their regular works. The reason is unknown. Each & every points have to discuss with general people before any allotments. Our Natural Resources has its limit please don't .....?

Skill development can not be made as water tight compartment for neither for Government nor for Private. Primary education to be run by PPP model and higher skill development which involves training related to sophisticated instruments to be run by the Government
