The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India envisages a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient, and equitable for every individual who engages with the justice delivery system. The right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings.

To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians, and law students on a real-time basis, which was not otherwise possible owing to geographical, logistical, or infrastructural issues.

The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India invites inputs, feedback, and suggestions on the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

n sometimes I feel, court does not have real actual work, that why they keep adding case on their plate, so that it can be showed how much work is done or like every sector girls victim shd be there, encouraging girls to come to court :-) spend whole day, girls shd be there too like in every sector. Or may be like marriage, divorce is a business for district court to make money. Sir, please bring amendment in a rule, after certain time if two parties r not living together, give the divorce.

Is being a girl is a curse in this country from every perspective.If I could be judge n case was going on for 6 years n both party are staying apart. No kids,I dont see both party is staying together, I could have removed following process burden. How process is going to help me, I dont want to stay with that person, as I know he will kill me. what court want that two parties who is not willing to stay together, putting them together, dont you think that could b worse disaster

AM I object not living being? is it a curse in this country to b a girl from every perspective.I wish I cud be Judge n I cud see here is no use,two parties r not going to live together,here is no chance, then why not to give divorce, why to keep lots of pending case based on that,specially when a girl is saying she is scared to that person, do u think in case u force two person to live together, girls life will be saved,sure she will b murdered some day. A that will show as natural death.

So I decided,when I cud not manage things,I will commit suicide,my future cud be bright,I pay tax n love my work but see darkness in indian rules,do I dont have any right to live life? just bcoz i got a bad partner n he is enjoying by not giving divorce,I dont have right to live,my parents r old age, in covid time case r not moving, its been 2 years,I dont understand law n ppl in c treats girl in a differnt way,so i left with no option,I cann not charge multiple case as I need to work.

Slow Suicide:I m a 41 year old educated girl,separated from my husband from last 6 years,looking for divorce frm him,it was painful 5 years of marriage,he tortured me like anything.So much that I lost my only brother due to this.my husband is not giving me divorce,just like that.I am not asking single penny frm him.I can not marry to other person due to Indian rules.I wake at night at 2AM n think I m girl,my parents r old age, what will happen after my parents, I think suicide is right solution

अपराधी और फरियादी दोनों को पता रहता है कि सच क्या है। केवल मजिस्ट्रेट को जानना होता है। इसलिए lie detection और narco test mandatory हो जाने दीजिए, 90% तक केस वैसे ही हल हो जायेगें, वशर्ते राजनीति आड़े ना आए। फिर live streaming कीजिएगा ताकि सबको पता चले न्याय क्या और कैसे होता है।

Live streaming link to be available only to concerned persons of case ,or else will become live drama or movie or mockery for others to watch ,and all cases are personalised ,if rape victim or pockso or women identity is not revealed in cases ,even man identity need not be revealed in public till he is convicted to avoid media trial and maligning of his image if he is innocent ,like parliament session chaos ,we dont want judiciary on media or live except to concerns

Such software need to be developed by indian based co ,as per atma nirbharta like infosys ,tcs , wipro ,witness need to come to police stn for live streaming ,if witness is included in live streaming exercise ,as he may be coerced by accused wellwisher ,police officer ,investigative officer ,public prosecutor also can depose before court live from there departments ,why only accused ,soft / hard copy need to be with each participants
