The said initiative, may save certain stress on police ,for not having to get accused physically to court ,can make certain proceedings paperless ,but how it will help to expedite the case ,and backlog is questionable ,it may be just to digitise and going digital exercise

Speed is very important at courts. Specally civil courts, many waste there whole life going to court. Today if any nuisance maker make someone's life miserable, file a case to him or family.

Recent IPO from loss making Zomato has raised eyebrows. During CCI regime, no loss making companies were allowed to bring IPOs, but with SEBI regime we have seen many such IPOs like Reliance Power, Bharat Road Network, Burger King, Barbeque Nation n recently Zomato. Astounding success of Zomato has opened pendora box and lured PayTM, Grofers, Oyo Hotels and many more start ups to hurry their floats. This is ridiculous and needs to be stopped. SEBI needs to act fast.

At least the Supreme Court proceedings should be live and every matter of public interest should be recorded so that it can be useful if any case needs to be reviewed.
