DISE may include parameters to generate an index on improvement in performance of all students of the school in terms of all India level examination. Teacher's increment for a particular class / group in a school may be linked with the index.

I think primary education should be under control of government. government should maintain universal uniform and universal books strictly.poor people must be given fee concessions. so poor students by being educated can educate their parents.so illiteracy can be abolished to some extent

There is a School, New Horizon School in Bangalore, indira nagar, where it is mandatory for a Parent to be an MBA Grad....how logical is that....this is practiced in many corporate schools where the minimum req for the child to get admission is for parents to have grad....isnt this a new version of caste system in the making....how low will our schools stoop....

I have a couple of views that may help in improving the School Management and education....
1. As the new age parents are equipped with netbanking in most of the metros, please encourage all the fees to be paid by netbanking and block cash deposits as this is one way the higher ups know how the School management is demanding money from parents.....the payment can be done through online payment portals.

Dear Sir
This is regarding control on school system, especailly Public school system There is minimal or no control on their curriculum & fees. High scope for affordable sanskriti quality schools.
2. There is no control on quality and accountability towards studies.
3. Western syllabus is blinldy followed thereby affecting "language" reading, listnening, learning and writing skills.
4. Mother tongue or national language is least taken care, rather teachers and students are in confused state.
