Madam,Our school is of secondary level up to Tenth Std. Regular sanskrit teacher retired in 31.03.2012 post is lying vacant. There were 2 Hindi teachers 1 retired in 30.09.2013 & 1 died on 17.11.14. Both the posts are vacant. We have 580 students from VI to X . How can we maintain the classes? Therefore the School Management and Development Committee be empowered to appoint locally on contractual basis and necessary funds be provided. Needs your kind attention in teacher shortage in Assam.

Most of the private coaching classes have penetrated in to the public schools in metros. In the name of IITS etc, they have parallel classes inside the schools even starting from std 6th? Are we loosing the relevance of schools as learning institutions?? Students should enjoy learning in the schools and should not be in the induced rat race so early in life.

It's very unfortunate n heart rendering that a lot will be discussed n talked about , policies may be framed but extremely dmall change would be on ground level.Regulatory rules ,affiliation rules are not just flexible but too often diluted by Indian practices of malpractice.Change could occur only when strict rules n implement is ensured

Madam may I suggest all government employees and civil servants be forced to send their children only to government run schools. This would ensure uplift in quality of education in such schools vs a run for best in class private schools by civil servants and others who are willing to bribe the system
