सेवा पूर्व शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण के दौरान पाठ योजना बनाई जाती है ।अनेक शिक्षक श्याम खरवालजी की तरह कट पेस्ट या कापी कर के पाठ योजना जमा कर देते हैं ।वह कार्य जिनसे शिक्षक की मौलिकता, रचनात्मकता को बढावा न मिले वह बच्चों के लिए लाभदायक कैसे हो सकते हैं ।इनमें काफी सुधार की आवश्यकता है ।

शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण बनी बनाई शिक्षण पद्धति, पाठ्यक्रम आधारित है,यह शिक्षण पद्धतियां आज के संदर्भ मे अप्रासंगिक हो जाती है ।आवश्यकता इस बात की है कि यह प्रशिक्षण आवश्यकता, उपयोगिता आधारित हो ।सेवा पूर्व प्रशिक्षण सिर्फ प्रमाण पत्र दे रहे हैं और सेवारत प्रशिक्षण शैक्षिक मनोरंजन, शिक्षक कौशल विकास बहुत कम ।

In my opinion each and every institution is functionaly different. Special training programs for the teachers should be carried out according to the special requirements,which may depend on the location of the school and others.

Incentives for teachers should not be just monetary. Infrastructure must be developed such that a teacher and his/her family can stay at a govt allocated modern multistoreyed community dwelling, that is close to the academic premises. This can be done much like civil servants are given units for the duration of their service. Secondly, Continuous enhancement of knowledge and presentation skills must be the hallmark by which teachers must be evaluated, and this must be done every two years.

Sir,I eagerly waiting for this opportunity u r giving us to say something thanks.keep tdys youth in government school so they understand todays generation. I am Bsc.b.ed from bio science .ia m not doing job know I am housewife but I have 5 years of experience I am willing to teach I have much passion to teach but my husband is not allow me to teach he is right because for 9 hours working I am getting only 6000.ththis is the condition of tdys youth plz do something for teachers and give d chance

For quality teachers,teacher education programmes should give thrust to the aptitude rather than academic qualifications as the main parameter to be a teacher.Without aptitude,the entire profession has been reduced as 'for the sake of' sort of mentality where teachers as the prominent stake holders are running the show without any active involvement.During the last few years,mushrooming of teacher education institutions in every nook and corner of the country is grave threat in this regard.

Sir,THE VICE-CHANCELLOR AND THE UNIVERSITY EDUCATIONAL COMMITTEE MUST SUGGEST TO THE GOI /SCHOOL MANAGEMENT THE GROUP OF GRADUATE'S WHO ARE EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD/GOOD/FAIR FOR THE NOBLE JOB OF TEACHING.IN A TRUE DEMOCRACY THE KNOWLEDGE FLOWS TRANSPARENTLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF DEMOCRACY AND BETTER IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GOI EDUCATIONAL POLICIES.HERE ALSO THE GRADUATE'S WHO ARE FROM UGLY SOCIO-ECONOMIC BACKGROUND TILL DATE OF GRADUATION MUST BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NOBLE TEACHING PROFESSION.BOSS !THINK!!
