Competence of teachers and their motivation is crucial for improving the quality. Several initiatives are being taken for addressing teacher shortages, shortages of secondary school teachers in mathematics, science and languages, improving the quality of pre-service teachers and in-service teachers professional development, enhancing the status of teaching as a profession, improving teachers’ motivation and their accountability for ensuring learning outcomes, and improving the quality of teacher educators. The objective of this theme is to assess the existing scenario and provide workable solutions to address the gamut of issues in teacher education in the school sector.

SIR TEACHER'S MUST BE AWARDED APTLY IF THEIR STUDENTS FROM UGLY UNAVOIDALE SOCIO-ECONOMIC CONDITIONS PASS WITH FLYING COLOURS IN THE IMPORTANT EXAMS.THE CHILDREN OF TEACHER'S MUST BE PROVIDED SOME RESERVATION IN PROFESSIONAL SCHOOLS ALONGWITH HEALTH INSURANCE OF 25 LAKHS.THIS WILL ENCOURAGE ASPIRING TEACHER'S TO JOIN SCHOOL'S AS TEACHER'S.

TO ENHANCE TEACHING AS A PROFESSION ,A HEALTH INSURANCE OF 50 LAKHS MUST GIVEN TO THE TEACHER SELECTED IN THE SCHOOL.Since we are a vibrating democracy with unity in diversity ,the GOI must market the teaching profession in a systematic manner in the rural areas .PRIVATE SCHOOLS MUST BE UNDER STRICT VIGILANCE AS THEY FEEL AND BEHAVE AS AN INDEPENDENT ENTITY NOT AT ALL ASSOCIATED WITH INDIA DEMOCRACY.Teacher's must be provided a house with in the vicinity of the school ,loan for car,buying Gold b

Sir ,teacher's must be given training about required field but they must BE ADVICED NOT FORM POLITICAL GROUPS IN THE SCHOOL AMONG THEMSELVES .TEACHER'S MUST HAVE A HEALTHY RELIGIOUS MIND,WITH SIMPLICITY AS ITS ADJECTIVE TRAIT.TEACHER'S MUST HAVE A SOFT,LOVELY VOICE AND DETERMINATION AND DISCIPLINE AS THE EDIFICE OF THEIR CHARACTER.TEACHER'S MUST HAVE ONLY ONE OBJECTIVE "ONLY TEACHING ".

SIR ,IN INDIA TEACHING IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTED AS A PROFESSION BUT IT IS ACCEPTED AS A HIGH PAYING JOB ,HERE ITSELF THE GOI SCHEMES ARE ACTUALLY NEGLECTED BY THE GROUP OF TEACHER'S PRESENT IN THE SCHOOL,AS THEY FORM THERE OWN ASSOCIATION LIKE POLITICAL PARTIES ,THIS NOT OUR AIM IN EDUCATION.DUE TO ALL THIS THE EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOME NEVER MATERIALISES AND THERE CERTAIN STUDENT'S LIKE US WHO SENSE THIS UNJUSTICE BUT ONE HAS TO COMPLETE THE EDUCATIONAL YEAR SO THE CHILD KEEPS SILENT.THIS IS UN

It has been confirmed through mouth to mouth communication that certain teacher's are not interested in teaching the children and they are merely drawing huge salary.This scenario must change if INDIA WNTS TO CONVERTS ITSELF INTO A DEVELOPED NATION WITH VIBRATING DEMOCRACY WITH HEALTHY EDUCATIONAL SCHEMES.SPECIAL RESERVATION TO SON'S/DAUGHTER'S OF EX-SERVICEMEN AS TEACHER'S MUST COME INTO EFFECT.THis has its own advantages.Sir teaching is a noble profession but we lack noble teacher's .

there should be a liscene system for school teachers.because school is the only place,where the future citizens are shaped.n teachers are real shaper of minds of future citizens.so After a particular exam checking the effectiveness level of a candidate, n after passing common training session, the liscence should be provided.N then he/she will be a teacher.merit system can be used for appointing them

मेरा मत है की जितनी भी केंद्रीय विश्वविद्याल है उनमे शिक्षक के रूप में चयन एक एग्जाम के माध्यम से हो। वर्तमान में यह क्षेत्र पूरी तरह से भाई भतीजावाद से ग्रशित है। ऐसे में चयन प्रक्रिया लिखित अवं मौखिक हो जिसमे सभी केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालयों के प्रोफेसर चयनकर्ता हों।

Similar to Academic Staff Collage's Programme, The DIETs should offer intensive training programme for specific theme/topics/subjects to working teachers (one month orientation programme, days refresher course once in five years. The present system of offering 20 days under SSA / 5 days under RMSA on different days on different themes indirectly creates negative attitude towards In-service education.

NCTE should be very strict on private B.Ed colleges,surprice visit should be followed regularly ,for quality teachers there norms and regulations should positivly followed by private institutions, not only on papers.pay scales of teacher educators is very important issue specially in madhya pradesh.
