MRC ANANDAPURAM: 1) 1)Inservice training for 20 days is to be provided for primary & secondary teachers o every academic year.2)modules on activities and papers on formative assessment are to be provided to all schools.As the syllabus ,year plan & evaluation is similar through out the state.3)At primary level, teachers are to be allotted to subjects like secondary schools.

Teacher Education Colleges should only be in the hands of Government and should run with proper and qualified staff pattern.Should create the craze among the toppers in education to select this as their first option by offering good salary.Training Course should also be included with some content based

MPPS PEDAGOGADA CHEEDIKADA MANDAL
teachers council registration should be made mandatory before teaching.teachers should be provided training in classroom management,communication& presentation skills,emotional intelligence,fitness,health & nutrition,coping skills,language & educational technology advances updates and then periodically assessed.only those maintaining physical,mental and good teaching levels should be given pay revision/promotion.

Govt.should make an act on TET for all state.TET is must for all New appointed teachers because unqualified teachers are obstrucle for proper education.Many L.P. teachers are only 9 th passed in Dima Hasao dist as well as six schedule area in Assam .Many of teachers are unable to read and writer properly.it should be remove by periodical training of them and TET teacher appointment continuously.
