There is no any mechanism to monitor the application of teaching skills obtained by the pre-service or in-service teachers by participating in the B.Ed. education. Teaching skills obtained from the Private B.Ed. education institution is not effective to make the teaching and learning effective. So, it is a problem of the country.

If it is a responsibility of Central Govt. is Maintaining the equity in all over the country; privatization of B.Ed. education has influenced the life of common people. Basically, the life of youth who are intended to get a job under the school service commission. Lack of money, they has chosen the way to suicide. It is a barrier to regulate the equity in the societies of the country. It is not expected to every citizen of the country.

It is a horrible thing in Nation Building that Policy advocated by the Central Govt. has emphasized the growth rate of black money. That is privatization of B.Ed. education. If training is mandatory; it must be concentrated in the case of said effort related to the black money. There is nothing to monitor the financial affair of private B.Ed. college in India. If an important goal of Central Govt. to control the rapid growth of black money; it must be focused.
