Exams should be more practical oriented rather than theorotical. Practicals should be accessed by external examiners and accordingly evaluated. In such a way, quality education will be provided.

current examination system is following CCE type of evaluation. But that one is also structured & framed. it is necessary to give freedom to teacher to from his/ her own examination pattern. All objectives from Blooms taxonmy should be considered while framing examination pattern

Even CCE is the wonderful Evaluation system and it completely makes the children understands the concepts and free from exam fear;but it requires a lot of understanding among teacher.Curriculum should also be developed suitable to implement CCE.Implementation of CCE is a must and it should extend up to X Class also, but proper training and preparation of the teachers should be needed.Papers and other required material should be supplied to all children which releases the burden on the poor parent

The in service trainings may boast the capacity of the teacher if they are well planned and organized from state level to mandal or school complex level. The Orientation programmes and fallow up programmes should be organized after training programme. The education system should be coordinated with health departments and social welfare departments and others. So that it draws their help and attention towards them.
