How can an eminent engineer do the heart operation? we say no. we can like this the best skilled teachers can do justice for their own subjects. So the government should appoint teachers subject wise from class VI. The in service trainings may boast the capacity of the teacher if they are well planned and organized from state level to mandal or school complex level. The Orientation programmes and fallow up programmes should be organized after training programme.

In the modern age, revolutionary changes are taking place in the society, making memory based learning irrelevant.Hence memory based exam assessment should be restricted only for maths and science.Languages, arts etc. should not be part of public examination.English,Hindi, local languages should be assessed locally for improving creativity and imagination.History and Geography can be made technology enabled education(google)social sciences can be assessed by mini projects, paper presentations etc.

Do we need to assess a child 'continuously' and 'comprehensively' - means assessing everything about her all the time? Is it required? Is it really possible in an objective and authentic manner? Can't she just have joy of living and learning, and be assessed only in limited areas clearly, objectively and meaningfully?
