Maa ka poshan always keeps on no 1.so mother should be healthy only then child will be healthy . Child gets all the nutrient in his/hr mother milk that he/she Ned.

Basically first the mother of the child should be healthy then only the child will be able to step it's foot in this world. We should make some policies that the mothers should be provided proper nutrition atleast 2 to 3 months then only the child will contain some engery from mother's body and will come out as a healthy baby so basically first mom healthy then child healthy #mom healthy baby healthy
