Neither PhD holders seek vacancies in industries, nor Industries are eager to recruit PhDs. A former DST Secy had told that our PhD holders aren't compatible for industries. And UGC wants all faculties in college and universities to have PhDs. If, by design we select teachers from only those who are not compatible for industries, then how can we expect their students to be compatible for industries? Research is knowledge-generation, education is transmission - different domains of expertise

Sir, unemployability exists mainly because the teachers themselves don't have industry experience. LikewiseEntrepreneurship can't be truly promoted by those who had always pursued secured salaried job. But, the UGC policies deter recruitment of field practitioners from becoming faculty. if 25% faculties in higher education come with industry/ business experience, education and R&D will come out of ivory tower. Hence, I suggest for necessary corrections in faculty recruitment policies.

विज्ञापनों की शिकायत करने हेतु कोई सरकारी संस्था होनी चाहिए अथवा ASCI के कामो की मोनिटरिंग के लिए किसी न्यायाधीश अथवा किसी प्रबुद्ध व्यक्ति को रखना चाहिए | शिकायत के रिव्यू हेतु जमा की जान वाली रकम लाखो में है और तो और इसमें वापसी योग्य रकम भी लाखो में है | ऐसी स्थिति में कोई सामान्य व्यक्ति जिसकी वार्षिक आय हजारो में हो (ऐसे लोग करोडो में है )अपनी बात रखने में ही हार जायंगे और विज्ञापन कंपनिया भारतीय संस्कृति को नीचा दिखाने में सफल होंगी | कृपया इस पर ध्यान देकर इस प्रक्रिया को सरल बनाये

मैंने टी.वी.परआनेवाले लक्स कोजी के फूहड़ विज्ञापन जिसमे एक लड़का छत पर सिर्फ चड्डी में दूसरी छत पर काम कर रही मातृशक्तियो केसामने नाच कर उन्हें रिझाने का प्रयत्न कर रहा है|इस विज्ञापन की शिकायत मैंने ASCI में की जहाँ से संतोषप्रद जवाब नहीं आया,इस पर रिव्यू करने हेतु कहने पर उन्होंने करीब रु.७.२ लाख जमा करने कहा जिसमे से ३ लाख वापसीयोग्य तथा ४ लाख वापासीअयोग्य है , ASCI एक गैर सरकारी संस्था है |इस व्यवस्था से भारत की सामान्य जनता कभी विज्ञापन के विरुद्ध शिकायत पर न्याय प्राप्त नहीं कर पायेगी
