My suggestion is that, when people retire, they generally migrate to their hometown, as they want to take rest and cannot manage their expenses in their lifes savings on the bank interest as the interest rates are going down day by day. Further, these people also want and are interested in a few hours of work daily. why not use their services for teaching, to start with the teacher

It should be mandatory for private coaching centers engineering /medical/upsc/state commission/online classes tohave 10%students economically backward class with free education with check from government. They should advertise this quota on their marketing banners in bold letters. Stat police should have 10 percent reservations for third gender and prostitute kids . There is a need for digital detox for people of the nation. Social media,digital devices etc though contributed for our development,it is affecting the mental health of people. This need to be given attention now as we are in early stageif ignored this will affect people in larger scale. Possible solutions are digital detox week during which people need to get avoid/throw away digital devices and platforms.This may sound insane still something need to be done to save mental health of our people.
