Higher education cannot sustain only through public funding. While public private partnerships in higher education have been pursued as a strategy, not many have shown successful results. Hence, the PPP models need to be revisited so as to allow more meaningful collaborations. A critical analysis of PPP in HE , the existing legal provisions and which viable models are possible need to carried out.

Higher education needs to be promoted based on the kind of Industry government wants to promote. If it is not done with this aspect then after education people will leave for better opportunities overseas. A big segment of Investment Banking firms have the capability to promote, invest and support Make In India initiative but you first need to exempt them from taxes to set up base in India and design educational courses to fulfill their human resource needs otherwise Make in India will fail.

The responsibility of primary & secondary education could be shared with corporates, statistics show corporate taking education as a part of corporate social responsibility has helped cause of education in rural areas in places like Jharkhand (e.g Tatas). The Government could proportionately give a corporate tax exemption to industries for promoting and taking responsibility. Government could instead divert funds towards setting up of higher education institutes.

The PPP partnership in education is not feasible as it is not a business for profit but a service to the society. The examples are the private Medical Colleges who charge up to 1 crore and admit inferior quality personnel who complete the course in 9 or 10 years. The engineering colleges are also no exception. We find partnership with sponsorship of best students, fellowships for deserving candidates by charging additional taxes for the purpose and making it free to all.

All Students should option to choose professor based on that evaluation of Professor. And Govt. Should not interfere the IIM and IIT's because they teach better till today without Govt Interference. Govt must take knowledge and method of work without interfering Good Organisation. We all know what happen when Govt take part in.

First of all, the government must allow all professors and lecturers to take up dual careers that is they should be able to teach youngsters and well as work in corporate companies so that they will know the real world scenario and guide students to learn the right skillsets and take up careers that is immensely satisfying to them as an individual and also in building our skill based workforce..these simple steps will ensure we have our own skilled workforce to build our nation..

All the old Forts & Palaces which are abandoned & crumbling should be auctioned for long lease to be renovated to their original condition under expert supervision, to be used as heritage hotels & centers of art, music, dance, fashion & cuisine , particularly for foreign tourists.Financial support should also be provided.

Right to Education Bill (RTE) pressurises private schools. It leaves out elite residential schools. It promotes Christian missionary schools - who do not teach at all - they say in their prospectus and admission interview that it is the parents' duty to teach, their role is only testing. Classes are filled with upto 65 students in a room for one teacher. Why only minority schools are relieved from RTE? To promote Christianity, contempt for Hindi & Hinduism, and no development in children?

i think we must involve private entrepreneurs/corporate houses to build and maintain toilets in schools, on which the govt is putting lot of thrust.A uniform design/pattern can be conveyed to corporates, through respective district collectors, for building the same. There are lot of people who can or want to contribute towards nation building. All M.P's and M.L.A's should take the lead in this direction and contribute or adopt few schools in this direction. The corporates would follow.
