Entrepreneurship is in the blood of Indian's.Bangalore, Pune & Noida have the potential to match Silicon Valley. They need number of incentives to include Finance, Taxation and possibly a nodal agency to encourage potential risk takers particularly in IIT's,IIM's and technical educational institutions. Various foreign and Indian financial entities have seen India's potential and have started investing in a big way especially in Technology Startups. Government must play a serious facilitator role.

So, our Tax income increase and business peoples also increase if government have partnership profit of company also comes to government.
