Now a days India needs job creators than the Job Seekers. Those able to generate more opportunities. Youth has different ideas and able to take challenges but those are not having proper guidance and resource to convert them as entrepreneur. We need information providers, trainers, Career Coachers for that.

Arrange visits in the schools of successful, businessmen.students can b aspired fm them. Train them to b jobs provider, not job seekers, debates should b organised after 8th class On this issue. Self employment with skills also a successful idea.
