First basic for all entrepreneurship is personal developments. That should be added in 9th standard or 10th standard classes. Because govt schools this study is missing in village schools. PD courses, even it can be added in other govt jobs also. That will improve the service like speedy completion of work.

In classes 10, 12 & in higher education, entrepreneurship must be added as a permanent subject & students must be taught professionally. Students must be given advanced & practical projects to learn entrepreneurship & to aspire entrepreneurship. Schools & institutions must initiate to take students to educational tours to industries & startups in order to impart a learning experience to them.

We should to take certain programs from the college level that would engage students in different activities and let their possibilities explore & based on the execution on these programs students can be judged and further mind sets can be developed by proper training and guidance and achieve goals and after that we can place them in government projects where their entrepreneurship takes them by certain examination which would be especially designed for it. They will get job & we get new ideas.

Design short term training programs at taluka levels. Train the trainers. As chartered accountants are practicing the same way existing entrepreneurs should start practicing. Make some kind of compulsion to existing entrepreneurs to train at least 10 youths from colleges.
