Lalita Mutreja, professor and Research Student in Accountancy. Being into the field of academics we understand the pros and cons of Education Policy. One major drawback is placement for graduates and necessary skills for entrepreneurship. The syllabus lacks practicality approach. Inspite of revising the syllabus it stills fails to be apt in competitive world. Moreover students lack creativity due to stringent system of education Merging pvt&public sector with colleges for employability is must.

I come from a research sector working in one of the largest scientific consortium of India entitled CSIR (Council for Scientific and Industrial Research)in Calcutta but industrial collaboration is still minimal in our country and spirit of entrepreneurship even poor. Government should take more steps in encouraging industrial collaboration with major research corporations and Institutes and encourage entrepreneurship through education.

In my view Indians are most entrepreneur in the world. They just require Govt. Support in following. 1. Decrease fixed cost by stopping speculation in Land price. Land is basic requirement of any activity to start. Land/shop/factory/even flat should not be allowed to keep idle. It should be in productive use. Increase property tax to such level that it becomes unviable to keep idle. Today people take it as investment to make money. 2. Our tax system is so complex that gave birth to corrupton

In India also, we have part time working culture during our college life. that play a very important role in developing confidence, management skill & interpersonal skill among students. these skill play a very important role for being individual entrepreneur. Many students not able to initiate there startup just because of this critical problem.

The basic building block in churning out a successful entrepreneur is motivation and building confidence. I feel we need to have motivational gurus spread all over the country to attract young talent just like religious gurus do to preaches about religion, culture etc. It should be made mandatory in every college to have an Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) which are to be properly guided by mentors to take up the gigantic task of building our country.

Entrepreneurship is responsibility into many things. Here, people or youth often venture into start up in a field where they're good at. These people may be good at their field, but every business success needs perfect marketing. Nowadays, the internet is a best platform to excel any business at global spectrum. So, they need training digital marketing to market their products locally and internationally.
