Namaste,
Being the capital of J&k, Srinagar has always been of prime importance. To make it smart city and that too a successful one, it is absolutely necessary to attract investments from outside the state. Acquisition of land is an issue which can be dealt by providing land to PSUs instead of individuals or private players. First let the PSUs develop and strengthen the city and then others will follow. Security will automatically improve upon building up of infrastructure and people movement.

Malls, WiFi, Huge Projects can be bought anywhere but Heavenly Kashmir can not be bought no where else.
Dumping much of modernization in name of correction would mess up the kashmirs natural setup. A parallel work of needy modernization and reshape-up of the dal all around should be welcomed.

Dams or lakes can be used for electricity when they overflow, through tunnel in lines of koyna dam in chiplun. Solar energy conservation and utilization should be made compulsory with government partnership on each new building including hotels, constructed or repaired. Recycling of waste water before passing in lakes should be must. The green waste in the lake should be distributed as energy source for fuel or filling the downstream flows to retard the clean natural water flow to lakes.

Sir as we are seeing restrictions on land purchasing is biggest enemy for development of j and k.Atleast through amending laws to rent land to industries residensial purposes for a long term.and giving right to purchase property who marries non kashmiris.will change kashmirs entire situation .if we did this we no need to abolish Article 370.it will become useless automatically within few years.Industrialisation creates employement and peace.

Hon. PM Sir, I am Shubham professionally student from Jaipur city. Sir as I see Jaipur this city is recommended for smart city, and recently many summits happend here ie of foreign ministry. On that time of summits Jaipur city is fully decorated and cleaned and also decorated by flower pots and sir my thought about this is humorous as the things which we needed more that are not provided and huge amount of money is spent on these pots the thing we really needed is ""DUSTBIN"" which is not seen.

As we all know Srinagar is an international tourist place, I personally feel that it should be clean more than as usual. Second there should be metro facility, IIT, AIMS, IIM for foreign students, yoga care center, dal jheel CCTV LIVE TELECAST. Srinagar also famous for its market. So Mall and Complex. Something like CP.
