Srinagar is one of the important cities in terms of its rich historical background, strategic location and administrative aspect. Srinagar is the largest cosmopolitan city and summer capital of J&K state. The city has been selected to be an aspiring Smart City due to its importance. The citizens are invited for the open discussion on Srinagar Smart City. You are requested to give your valuable inputs and suggestions on how Srinagar can be developed as a Smart City? The objective of the discussion is to understand the development aspirations of the citizens with focus on vision of development, Specialty of the city in terms of heritage, culture and tourism, major issues and challenges etc.

Hon. PM has made great effort to complete the clean India Mission within specific time limit, So many schemes and encouragement programme has been introduced and so many celebreties and general public including NGO etc. sincerely involved for clean India on appeal of hon. PM, Public awarness programme and involvment in clean mission by public at grass root level like, grams, taluka, city, ward, municipality, corporation, district & state level mission is required to comply speedily, best wishes

there should be a waste recycling/managing plant in every city and every day a week all the garbage of the city should be processed

The development must be sustainable.the city must have a very good drainage system.The roads must have holes for water to seep into the ground rather than into the drainage.The government must also ensure that the development must not cause damage to the environment. The planning of the area must be done wisely and strategically. Cre must be taken to ensure that the rivers won't get polluted due to the industries as J&K is known for the rivers. #mygov #moud #smartcity #srinagar

Hon. PM has great vision to implement the revolutionary mission, It is very important to encourage one to one people of our nation for clean India mission, it is the great direct interaction with public, I want to further suggest that, local authority and state government should be make active, advise to start swachchhata helpline, by which, any phone received of cleaning the solid or liquid dust, within few hours, that area should be clean, it should be like '108' service for health,best wishes

In my suggestion Srinagar should be developed in smart city because there is vast resources like tourism also developing Srinagar as smart city leads into peace of region coz setting up of IT parks,Industries, MNC etc engage the unemployed educated youth that leads in the development of region as well as nation. In respect to smart city, the basic requirement of people are safety, security, clean atmosphere, pollution free atmosphere, possibilities of ideal employment, growth and development of region with all the facilities required by the people for day to day need for living comfortable life, Peace and spiritual enviornment is also very important for health concious people, all such point should be complied in the area of smart city, so that people can live with happy and peace in life,best wishes

Srinagar is a city where number of people visiting is more than people who are living there(exaggerated). So the development should go in such a way that the tourists would get proper lead by multimedia or apps, like information about certain destination should reach them when they go there and the app should suggest to tag that place in their Facebook or in any other social site, so the others would get interested . They should be provided with proper travelling vehicles with reasonable price.

Namaskar modi jii Maye hamesa se dekh rha huu ki America,russia.apni technology ko bech kar kub paisa kama rhe hii kya hum bhi unhi ki tarha apni technology ko new generation se update kar ke dusre desh ko bech nahi sakte kya? Hindustan ko agar sab se le kar jana hii to hum sab ko apni new technology invent or dusre desh ko sold karna pade gaaa or purane time se hum puri duniya ko gyan or technology dete aye hiii to ab kyu hum kuch desho se piche rhe
