Please simplify section 44AB, wherein no audit is required in cases where turnover does not exceed 10cr and total cash payment and receipt are less than 5% of aggregate of all amount received and paid. This is being misused by the professionals and can be verified by the fact that not much audits have been reduced. If this is made on the basis of turnover , confusion will finish and professionals will not be forcing clients for unnecessary audit.
The other information in ITR returns must be redrafted and simplified. The details of TDS Deducted and deductible along with additional liability if any must be added.
The same in case of ESI & EPF paid & payable so that additions if any u/s.36 or 43B cant be avoided
The above information's are mandatory only with Form 3CD but other avoid or inadvertently dnt have knowledge that not paying or late paying have consequences.
Only agriculture income above 10 lakh though exempted but be covered through ITR returns.

As India becoming a super power financially the government should work to tackle some problems like menstrual sanitation, as we know there are some women who don't know the importance of intimate hygiene, i requesting to the government to distribute free sanitary pads to women.

Good day all,
We see the next trillion dollar industry is space technology. We need to encourage all the schools to include the space related subjects do spend more on research and development. We shall encourage our brilliant childrens to do focus on space technology such as ASTRO physics, quantum physics etc... We need to aim and focus on space technology for next 20 years inorder to get into the future Trullion dollar industry.
I would request our government please do focus on space technology improvements. We should aim to build all the rocket engines for the entire universe next 20 years...
This space Reasearch and technology would help us to improve our Defence sector too...

1. Sir being a taxpayer its hard to sustain with the inflation in current markets. Atleast we are worthy to have free medical facilities and free education upto 12th standard for every child in this country.
2. GST should be reworked, If we add all types of taxes together a normal person is paying 54 to 56 percent tax of his income. Which not right.
3. Education personnels are building blocks of nation good teachers can only develop the nation so there should be no compromise with educational pattern and schools/colleges. A strict law enforcement for private institutions as they are looting every single man because the education in govt institutions is not good enough.

Kindly pay attention towards the competitive preparation sector. No particular central organisation is working in that field and private coaching centres are charging a huge amount which everyone cannot afford.

In this union budget, I'd like kind consideration of the government towards putting a maximum cap/ ceiling on the tuition fees charged by private schools.
I'd also would like the government to provide some relief on the GST charged on the coaching class fees.
The prices of life essential commodities such as petrol, milk, etc. Should be brought down in the range as a common working class can afford.
