The senior citizens retired from University/ College have paid income tax while receiving their salary and other benefits. Pension is only a deferred salary. Still we have to pay tax on our annual Pension. Moreover, due to health issues the expenditure on medical increased. Hence it is better to raise the basic ceiling of exemption considerably better. Many retired Pension people will get benefitted if not tax can be completely waived.
This will also suitable for government staff retired from service.
Further, there are many private universities and colleges exploiting the faculty with poor salary packages without Pension. The government can take steps to solve the educateed people's salary packages.
I appreciate the Prime Minister Shri Modi ji giving very good protection of Hindu dasa and Indians
Please consider this plead. Jai Hind. Jai Modi sarkar

Salaried employees who are subjected to ncome taxes as well dearness, particularly having no additional source of income but dedicated honestly on their duty need to be taken care of by enhancing the slab, income saving limit, eliminating the GPF saving limit, making allowances other than basic salary out of income tax liability . Honest Salaried people feel cheated, when their major portion gets deducted against IT and cheater enjoy their luxury.
