Good Evening Sir,I Have Only Suggestion For This Budget.Kindly Make Baseline Of 5000 Rs.Pension Per Month Mandatory In Any Industry,PF,ESI Or Anyother Sector.Right Now 1000 Rs.Get Pension To Some People ,But Looking To Today's Inflation Rate It Is Not Sufficient For Survival.Thanks.

There is no rule for sales rep professionals in Healthcare segment. We are very important part for Healthcare revolution but there is no support from Government. There is no time line and safety of job in this industry.Company is asking meet maximum customers on daily basis, all hospitals and customers has fixed there time and days and even some hospitals are charging money from Medical reps and company is not ready to reimburse this. There is pressure of completing target on them or they will losse there job or loss of pay.People sitting on management level are not ready to take any responsibility. We are getting salary after tax reduction but as a tax payer what we are getting on return.. nothing.
We are one of the important pillar of healthcare industry and Here I am requesting government to make some committe to look into this and make some guidelines on this.🙏🙏🙏
Also make some time of working since after field work we need to complete all formats sitting hours on laptop at home.

Please provide income tax exemption/ relief for Senior Citizens who are living on Pension and Interest income from their Savings.
When MPs and MLAs are extended 100% Income Tax exemption then why not give same exemption to Senior Citizens with incomes upto 1 lac per month from pension and interest incomes!!!

MY LOVE FOR TEACHING COMMUNITY. IN MY OPINION, DESIGNATE TECHING COMMUNITY IN DIFFERENT WAY AND ASO GIVE THEM STAFF VECHILE FACILITIES.
1.SIMPLE senior TEACHER AS ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER for Basic pre and primary education.
2. Senior Master as ASSISTANT Commissioner for middle and high education
3. Senior LECTURER AS DEPUTY COMMISSIONER FOR HIGHER SCHOOL education
4. Senior Principal AS COMMISSIONER higher schools
The responsibility of these officials and officers is to make education system strong 💪. And these posts will be responsible for District level Education system and direct under commissioner Secretaries of Education department . All school related informations , mid day meals ,any kind of constructions etc will be directly under them . THE POSTS MAY VARIES FROM DISTRICT TO DISTRICT. DISTRIBUTION OF SCHOOLS AMONG THEM ON AREA BASIS
AND ALSO THE GRADE AND SALARY IS SAME BUT POWERS ARE DIFFERENT WITH VECHILE AND DRIVER FOR DAILY VISITS. TOUR DIARY MANDATORY.

I have many things to say:
1. Present government should invest on IT sector apart from benguluru, Hyderabad, Chennai etc. They should develop more planned cities like GIFT City for IT.
2. Right now middle class families and lower middle class families are facing difficulties in saving their income due to inflation which is right now in control compared to many developed countries in the world, so government should take more measures to keep it in more control.
3. Need an improvement in government schools in all over the country especially Bihar and UP.
4. Need an improvement in government civil hospitals.
5.Single window clearance for business purposes.
