1. Abolish tax on personal income and bring expenditure tax. Alternatively, provide ITC for individuals for the taxes paid by them ( GST,etc.)in their income tax liability. 2. Modify CSR from companies liability to spend directly , instead create a separate department in the govt to which all CSR contributions can be channelised for effective implementation of welfare schemes by the designated department which may be under PMO. 3. NPAs/ defaulters of banks may be shamed through press releases. 4. Subsidies/ budgetary support to low performing PSUs May be stopped beyond a specific period, say 5 years.

Dear Government I have been working in manufacturing sector from last 10 years and I have been facing an acute shortage of skilled workforce required The reason is there is a disconnect between industry requiremnts and curriculum at technical degree colleges most of them are focussed on generating degree holders There should be some provision in this budget to bridge the gap this can be done by exchanging experience of industry professionals at technical colleges and setting higher standard of evaluation pattern Not everyone who is getting enrolled should get a technical degree this is important to create a pool of skilled and competent workforce And a skilled and competent workforce is one of the basic requirement to make India a manufacturing hub and " Make In India " a reality it will be difficult for us to survive in the changing landscape where we are moving towards adopting artificial intelligence , machine learning, virtual and augmented reality ...

Kindly follow the census of 1971 to allocate fund instead of recent census since some states are being punished for followeing the center's policy to implement family planning successfully.
